ADONAN DASAR PEMPEK BUNGKUS

Bahan:
  • 300 gr daging ikan tenggiri
  • 200 gr daging ikan gabus
  • 350 ml santan kental
  • 3 butir kuning telur
  • 1 butir telur ayam
  • 6 butir bwang merah
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
  • 175 gr tepung sagu tani
  • 50 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
Cara membuat :
  1. campur ikan dan halusakn, tuang 150 ml santan. aduk sambil sedikit dabanting-banting hingga rata.
  2. masukkan telur , bawang merah, merica dan garam. tuangkan sisa santan perlahan sambil diuleni hingga rata.
  3. Masukkan campuran sagu tani dan terigu sambil diuleni hingga kalis.
  4. Adonan siap digunakan
