Bahan:
50 gram kacang tanah sangrai, cincang kasar
150 gram margarin
100 gran gula tepung
1 kuning telur
1 sendok makan jahe bubuk
180 garm tepung terigu protein rendah
20 gram maizena
20 gram susu bubuk
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
25 gram meises
Cara membuat:
50 gram kacang tanah sangrai, cincang kasar
150 gram margarin
100 gran gula tepung
1 kuning telur
1 sendok makan jahe bubuk
180 garm tepung terigu protein rendah
20 gram maizena
20 gram susu bubuk
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
25 gram meises
Cara membuat:
- Kocok margarin dan gula tepung 2 menit
- Tambahkan kuning telur dan jahe bubuk, kocok rata
- Masukkan kacang dan meises, aduk rata
- Tambahkan tepung terigu, maizena, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
- Sendokkan di atas loyang yang di oles margarin
- Oven dengan api dibawah suhu 130 dejarat celcius 35 menit sampai matang
