MANISAN KOLANG KALING

500 gram kolang kaling

250 gr gula psir
300 ml air
4 lembar daun jeruk purut dibuang tulangnya
1 lembar daun pandan
1/8 sendok teh  pewarna
2 sendok teh air jeruk lemon
1 kaleng F&N rasa strowberry
2 sendok makan susu kental manis
300 gram es serut

Cara membuat manisan Kolang Kaling
  • cuci kolang kaling sambil diremas-remas agar bersih, seduh dengan air panas kemudian tiriskan
  • Rebus gula pasir dan air hingga mendidih. Masukan kolang kaling, daun jeruk, daun pandan dan pewarna merah, masak sampai kental dan meresap
  • Sajikan kolang kaling bersama air jeruk lemon, F&N rasa stroberi , susu kental manis dan es serut.
