BOLU KETAN GULA MERAH

Bahan
4 butir telur
75gr gula merah sisir
50 gr gula pasir
1 sdt emulsifer (SP/TBM)
75 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
50 gr tepung ketan putih
1/2 sdt bumbu spekuk
30 gr margarin lelehkan
1 sdm santan kental instan

Cara membuat
1. Kocok telur, gula merah, gula pasir dan emulsifier sampai mengembang. Tambahkan tepung terigu, tepung ketan putih dan bumbu soekuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
2. Masukan margarin leleh dan santan kental instan sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
3. Tuang ke loyang bulat diameter 20cm, dan tinggi 7cm yand dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti.
4 Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 120C sampai matang.
