BAHAN
250 gr lidah sapi, direbus, dipotong 2x2 cm
100 gr hati sapi, direbus, dipotong 2x2 cm
300 gr daging sandung jamur
1000ml air
2 lembar daun kunyit
1 batang serai diambil putihnya, dimemarkan
1 buah asam kandis
40 gr tepung beras dan 50 ml air, dilarutkan untuk pengental
2 sendok makan bawang goreng untuk taburan
18 buah tusukan sate
BUMBU HALUS
8 butir bawang merah
1 buah cabai merah keriting
1/2 sendok teh ketumbar
1/2 sendok teh merica
1/4 sendok teh jinten
2 cm kunyit bakar
1 cm lengkuas
1 1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
2 1/2 sendok teh garam
CARA MEMBUAT
a. Rebus daging sandung lamur dengan air sampai matang dan empuk. Potong 2x2cm. Ukur kaldunya 750 ml.
b. Rebus lagi bersama lidah sapi, hati sapi, bumbu halus, daun kunyit dan asam kandis. Masak sampai kaldunya menjadi 500 ml dengan api kecil
c. Tususk-tusuk daging, lidah dan hati sapi secara bergantian ditusukan sate.
d. Rebus lagi sisa rebusan. Kentalkan dengan larutan tepung beras. Masak hingga meletup letup.
e. Sajikan sate dengan kuahnya dan taburan bawang goreng.
MATERIAL

2 pieces of turmeric leaves
1 stem white Serai taken, dimemarkan
1 fruit acid Kandis
40 gr rice flour and 50 ml of water,
2 tablespoon fried onion for topping
18 fruit puncture sate
Bumbu Subtile
8 grains of red onion
1 red chilli fruit ringleted
1 / 2 tsp coriander
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 / 4 tsp cumin
2 cm turmeric roasted
1 cm ginger
1 1 / 4 teaspoon sugar
2 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
HOW TO
a. Boiled meat sandung myopia with water and cooked until soft. Cut 2x2cm. Measure 750 ml of its stock.
b. Again boiled with cow tongue, beef heart, subtle spice, turmeric and tamarind leaves Kandis. Cook until broth is to be 500 ml with a small fire
c. Tususk-skewer, beef tongue and heart alternately in an pricker sate.
d. Boil the rest of the stew again. Thick with a solution of rice flour. Cook until boiling.
e. Serve with sate sauce, and its fried onion topping.
