PEPES DAUN KENIKIR

Bahan :
- 300 gr daun kenikir rebus dan tiriskan
- 200gr udang kupas ukuran sedang
- 1/2 butir kelapa setengah tua diparut kasar

Bumbu Halus:
- cabai merah 3 buah, cabai rawit 4 buah, bawang merah 4 butir, bawang putih 3 butir, 1cm kunyit, 1cm kencur, 1/2 sdt ketumbar halus, gula dan garam

Cara memasak :
1. potong kasar daun kenikir
2. campur kelapa parut dan udang dan bumbu halus
3. tambahkan daun kenikir adul rata
4. Siapkan daun pisang danasukan adonan kenikir bungkus bentuk pepes.
5. kukus selama 30 mnt hingga matang. Siap disajikan.
