TUMIS DAUN GINSENG CUMI

Bahan:
- 200gr daun ginseng, disiangi
- 5 buah cumi disiangi dan dipotong cincin 1cm
- 1/4 buah bawang bombay dicincang
- 2 siung bawang putih cincang halus
- 3 buah cabai merah keriting iris tipis
- 2 buah cabai merah iris serong 1cm
- 1 sdm kecap inggris
- 1sdm saos tiram
- gula pasir dan garam secukupnya
- 50 ml air kaldu
- 1sdm minyk goreng

Cara memasak:
1. tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan semua cabai hingga harum
2. masukkan cumi, tumis hingga berubah warna
3. tuangkan air kaldu, kecap inggris, saoa tiram, garam dan gula. Aduk
4. masukkan daun giseng, masak hingga matang. Sajikan.
