JAMBU BIJI SEGAR

BAHAN:

• Red guava 500 gr, peel and cut the rough
• 1kg sugar
•  300 ml mineral water
• pink coloring to taste
• Essential  guava to taste
• 1/2 tes spoon Citrun Zuur 

CARA MEMBUAT

1. Mix guava with 100ml water, puree in blender
2. mix 200 ml water with sugar
3. boil over medium heat until sugar dissolve and condensed 
4. Pour guava pulp and guava essential, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly  until smooth to from crystal  
5. Add citron and stir well, then strain lift
6. Blend the sugar crystal are coarse with grinder and serve
