SATE MAKASAR

Bahan:
400 gr daging has dalam, dipotong 2x2xm
200 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
1 sdt air asam jawa
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula pasir
12 buah tusuk sate

Bumbu Halus:
1 sdr ketumbar
1/2 sdt jinten



Bahan Saus:
4 buah belimbing sayur, dipotong-potong
Bumbu Halus:
100 gr kacang tanah kupas, digoreng
3 buah cabe merah keriting
1 buah cabe merah besar
3/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula merah

Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus bumbu halus, santan, air asam jawa, garam, dan gula pasir sampai mendidih. Masukan daging. Aduk sampai meresap dan matang.
2. Tususk-tusuk daging di tusukan sate, Bakar sampai matang dan harum sambil di olesi bumbu.
3. Saus, rebus sisa rebusan daging dan 250 ml air sampai mendidih. Masukan belimbing sayur dan bumbu halus, Masak sampai matang dan kental.
4. Sajikan sate dengan sausnya.
