SUP KUAH ASAM

Bahan
150 gr daging tetelan
2.000 ml air
100 gr buncis, dipotong 3cm
100 gr jagung putren, dipotong serong
50 gr kacang merah segar, direbus
7 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis
6 lembar daun jeruk , dibuang tulangnya
1 batang serai, diambil puithnya, dimemarkan
1 lembar daun kunyit
5 buah cabai rawit merah
4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
3 1/2 sdt gula pasir
2 tangkai daun kemangi
1 batng saun bawang, dipotong 1 cm
1 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis



Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus air dengan daging tetelan sampai empuk. Masukan bawang merah, daun jeruk, serai dan daun kunyit sampai harum.
2. Tambahkan buncis, jagung putren, kacang merah, cabai rawit merah, garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Masak sampai matang.
3. Masukan daun kemangi, daun bawang dan daun jeruk nipis, Aduk rata.
