RUJAK KANGKUNG

Bahan Rujak Kangkung :
2 ikat kangkung (250 gram)
4 buah cabai merah keriting rebus
3 buah cabai rawit merah rebus
1/4 sdt garam
 1 1/4 sdt terasi goreng
30 gr gula merah sisir
1/2 sdm air asam jawa (2sdt asam jawa + 2sdm air)





Cara memasak Rujak Kangkung :
didihkan 500 ml air dan 1/2 sdm garam, Masukkan kangkung, masak sampai layu. Angkat dan siram dengan air dingin, tiriskan.
Ulek cabai merah, cabai rawit dan garam, Masukkan terasi ulek rata, tambahkan gula merah, ulek sampai halus dan tercampur rata.
Masukkan air asam jawa, ulek rata.
Siram diatas kangkung.
