Material we need:

300 gram potato, cut into square
25 gram pea, cut into oblique
2.500 ml water
2 garlics, chopped
1/2 onion, long slices

1 cm ginger, crushed

1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 onion stalk, slice 1/2 cm
1 stalk celery, slices
1 teaspoon lime water
1 tablespoon oil
HOW TO COOK
1. boiled rib into 2.500 ml water with ginger and lime leaf, until done. measuring its stick until 1800ml
